Roger M. LeBoeuf, P.E.*
PRESIDENT
Roger co-founded Elliott, LeBoeuf & McElwain in 1999. For the past 30 years, he has focused exclusively on planning and designing public safety training facilities. His specialized expertise includes tactical villages, burn buildings, fire/police training towers, technical rescue props, gas-fired training systems, and other specialized training props.
Jonathan M. McElwain, P.E.*
VICE PRESIDENT
Jonathan is Vice President of Elliott, LeBoeuf & McElwain and was one of its original employees when the firm was founded in 1999. With more than 30 years of structural engineering experience, he has served as structural engineer of record on hundreds of projects in the Washington, DC region and at U.S. Embassy and Consulate facilities worldwide, with construction values ranging from small projects to $500 million. A licensed Professional Engineer in four states and the District of Columbia, he particularly enjoys working on renovations of existing buildings and traveling for project work.
